About Our Firm
 |
My office primarily handles legal matters in the areas of estate and Medicaid planning; estate probate and administration; special needs trusts; guardianships; and preparation of various documents such as wills, financial power of attorney, Healthcare power of attorney and living wills. All matters are handled by me personally with assistance from my capable staff consisting of another attorney, a fulltime paralegal, a secretary and a receptionist. I have been in practice for 34 years. I am also a certified elder law attorney (CELA) through the National Elder Law Foundation (NELF). I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), the Academy of Special Needs Planners (ASNP) and the elder law section of the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association. I am often requested to lecture and submit written materials in my areas of practice at various seminars attended by accountants, lawyers and financial planners for continuing education credits.
I received my undergraduate degree from King’s College in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and by Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia.
